Biography

Otomachi Una was planned by MTK, with singing software released by INTERNET and Aimi Tanaka publicly credited as the voice performer. The 2016 VOCALOID4 product established a route into song creation; its download and boxed editions launched on different dates.

A 2017 anniversary campaign invited original songs and illustrations, continuing audience participation in the character’s creative output. The VOCALOID6 AI edition followed in 2023 with Sugar and Spicy voice variants. AI describes the singing-synthesis product, not independent authorship or performance decisions by the character.
