Biography

Houshou Marine is listed by hololive in its third-generation unit. Her pirate-captain persona is a public fictional identity that shapes visual and stage presentation, not a claim about a private real-world occupation. Her official debut date is August 11, 2019.

Her work combines streaming with music. The official report documents the first solo concert project Ahoy!! You’re All Pirates on December 7–8, 2024, bringing the online persona into a full concert setting for venue and remote audiences.

This dossier separates the character premise from production history. A digital identity can be carried by human performance and should not be classified as autonomous AI merely because an avatar is used.
